Microbrewery Restaurant
Very soon a stay at Topock66 will not be complete without a taste of the resort’s original micro brews from our very own Microbrewery! A fun time will be waiting for you in our custom Microbrewery! A custom cigar humidor will make fine tobacco products available for an evening of casual dining and entertainment. The pool side of the Microbrewery will contain an outdoor bar which will serve as the cocktail station for the pool area.
The Restaurant at the marina had been known in the area for many years serving delicious food and providing friendly customer service. That tradition will continue with the Microbrewery Restaurant. The restaurant will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and will feature an Executive Chef which will bring a new dining experience to the area.
In addition, with our classic wood fired pizza oven, the brewery will make some of the most delectable pizza pies this side of the Colorado River! Each pizza is cooked fresh daily and made to order. Your biggest challenge will be trying to decide which pizza to order ! Our brewery line will feature five different types of brews: Amber Ale, Belgium Wheat, IPA, Hefeweizen and a Dark Lager. You can order our micro-brews in 5oz. Sampler Sets, Pint Glasses, Growler half gallons, or bottles and cans to go.
All of our beers are prepared with the utmost care in a Classic Copper Brewing System which guarantees any one of our micro-brews will be perfect from the first sip to the last!
